Chroma User Agreement

Overview

Chroma is provided by Shanci Technology Co., Ltd. By using Chroma, you agree to these terms and to the Chroma Privacy Policy.

Chroma is designed as an offline personal cycle-tracking app. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding whether Chroma is appropriate for your needs.

Age and health use

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chroma. If local law requires a higher minimum age or permission from a parent or guardian, you may use Chroma only when those requirements are met.

Chroma is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and should not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor any disease or health condition. Cycle and ovulation predictions are estimates only and are not suitable for contraception, fertility planning, or emergency decisions. For health concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

Local data and permissions

Chroma stores the information you enter on your device. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored, how it is used, and which device permissions Chroma may request.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any backups or exports you choose to keep. Erasing all Chroma data removes the app's local information from the device but cannot remove exported files or copies in device backups managed by Apple.

Acceptable use

You may use Chroma for your personal, lawful use. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase or security controls, or use Chroma in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Purchases

Chroma PRO is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks the paid features listed in the app. Purchases, restorations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store settings.

Unless required by law or Apple's rules, Shanci Technology Co., Ltd. does not process refunds directly. If paid features are unavailable because of a technical issue, contact us so we can investigate.

Changes and availability

We may update Chroma, these terms, or the Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, Chroma may ask you to review and accept the updated terms before continuing.

We work to keep Chroma reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
